Sofia lives in a village near the capital city in a large family (three children). Despite her young age, Sofia is already quite independent. The war and the occupation caught Sophia at the age of 8 months. There was no possibility for breastfeeding, so Sofia learned to eat the food that was available. Sofia is very afraid of the darkness and closed spaces because the family had to stay in the basement. The village was occupied from the first days and there was no possibility to leave. Sofia is very scared now too, because there is no electricity. Sofia`s mom is a housewife and dad is a volunteer. The family budget is very poor. Despite the trials of war, at the age of 1 year and 5 months, Sofia loves dancing and drawing and is fond of animals.
