Timofiy is a disabled child, he is unable to move on his own, per March 2023 he is still non-verbal and totally dependent. Timofiy’s health is constantly deteriorating. Before the war, Timofiy lived with his parents in the east of Ukraine. In February 2022, a full-scale war broke out in Ukraine, which forced Timofiy’s family to change their place of residence. Timofiy and his family are now in the central region of Ukraine, as an internally relocated person. Due to Timofiy’s congenital disorders and the challenges, his childhood is spent in a certain tension. Timofey cannot receive proper treatment and rehabilitation due to lack of funds by parents. Tymofiy needs additional medical examinations, medication and appropriate medical equipment. The total income of the family including the disabled child pension is $363 which is not enough for any medical diagnostics or treatment. The family will be grateful for any help.
