Mykhaylo is a cheerful, modest and friendly boy who lives in a small town in the north of Ukraine. The boy’s father is now protecting his native country from the enemies on frontlines of current war. Mykhaylo has a smaller brother, a mother (disabled group 3, hearing impaired), a grandmother (who often gets sick). Mykhaylo went to school happily, was a completely healthy child, playing with toys with other children. Unfortunately, the events of February 24, 2022 radically changed the boy’s life. Constant shelling of his hometown with air bombs forced Mykhaylo’s family to leave their home, friends and leave for a safer place. Shelling and sirens had a negative effect on the child. Myhaylo became nervous, sleeps poorly, and is afraid of loud noises. The family lives on the mother’s and grandmother’s pension, which is below the subsistence minimum. The family`s income is only $120 a month. Mykhaylo’s kind support will help improve the family’s financial situation and improve the child’s standard of living.
