Karina comes from the south-eastern part of Ukraine which was hit hardest by the horrible on-going war. Her family had to evacuate and she now lives and studies when possible (due to power outages) in a small town in central Ukraine. Karina goes to 2nd grade. Karina enjoys gymnastics/athletics and drawing. The financial situation is very poor for her family in this difficult time. They need support even for food products today.
