Hello! My daughter’s name is Valeria, she was born on November 2, 2014. We live in western Ukraine, a very remote mountain village. Our village is small and limited in many ways. With the beginning of the war, mass unemployment began. Ever since tourism began to develop in our area, people have worked in the field of tourism. However, with the beginning of the war, it became zero. It is simply impossible to find an alternative. There is a school in the village. But, unfortunately, the school is poorly equipped for the development of children. The school has neither a gymnasium nor a canteen, so most of the day the child is forced to eat dry food. My daughter likes to draw and make toys with her own hands, but unfortunately there are no funds to develop her talent further. Also, our school is not insulated, so my daughter often gets sick when it gets cold. And our family is not financially secure anymore. My husband does not officially work. Even before the war he tried to sell our vegetables and berries. But because of the war, they were forced to stop their activities. The family’s approximate income is 300$. There are no funds to buy the necessary things for the child. We live in an old house that needs repairs, but for which there is absolutely no money. I really want to improve my daughter’s living and education conditions. But despite everything, the first thing we want is peace and prosperity in our country.
