Victoria lives in a big town in the center of Ukraine. Victoria studies in the 3rd grade of a Rehabilitation Institution. She needs support with her treatment, as she has problems with the development of speech and also needs an eye surgery. Her diagnosis is strabismus in both eyes, with binocular syndrome and a high risk of glaucoma. Victoria’s situation has deteriorated after the start of the war due to power outages, lack of medical support she needs. Victoria is a joyful and friendly girl, she really likes to sing and dance.
