The love of Ukraine runs deep within Stephen Fishler. His maternal grandmother was born in Ukraine as well as his 2 daughters. In 2011, he landed in Kiev for the first time and according to Stephen, it felt like coming home. The language was very foreign to him but the people and the culture did not.

Stephen has run his own companies since 1980 but adopting his 2 Ukrainian daughters from Kirovograd (central Ukraine) in 2011 really showed him what his life’s work truly was.

Stephen has been instrumental in assembling an expert team to simply give Ukrainian children a chance in this world. His marketing expertise and business experience combined with his love of children and Ukraine has breathed Life into Compassion is Life. Compassion is Life can have a real impact on the simply amazing children of Ukraine by giving caring people around the world the tools and the means to help.
