Mother Liliya shares: Good afternoon. We are a large family from the Sumy region, and our children hold the status of victims of military actions.
Our youngest child, almost four years old, has developmental difficulties. She does not speak, has trouble understanding spoken language, and doctors suspect autism. She needs to begin treatment, but our family simply cannot manage it on our own – my husband’s wages are barely enough to cover our everyday needs.
For a long time I kept putting this moment off, hoping that things would change on their own and that everything would be fine. I never asked anyone for anything. But now I see that we truly need help, and I am asking for it.
Please do not leave our little girl without the care she needs. Any support you are able to give would mean the world to our family. Thank you for your kindness.
