Kateryna Trushko

In 2009 Kateryna graduated from the Dnipro National University of Ukraine with a Master’s Degree.  Kateryna has diverse technical and IT experience working at Ukrainian construction companies while continuing her studies focusing on economics and cybernetics. Having mastered web development, Kateryna received a job as a front-end developer in an international software development company. After the start of the ongoing Ukraine – Russia war Kateryna decided to participate in Ukrainian children relief efforts and joined our team – she just  could not remain indifferent, even though it meant working as a volunteer. Kateryna says: “In helping someone who needs more than you, I find the strength to resist the feeling of helplessness in this tough time for millions of Ukrainians. The war changed my world outlook. Human suffering became so close and so easy to understand. Our joint effort to help at-risk Ukrainian children gives me faith and confidence in myself and hope for a brighter future for my country”
